Procaffinator

Procaffinator, n. one who puts off task until after the first cup  of coffee or tea. 

So yeah, today i am going to blog about each one of us - "procaffinators". Admit it guys, we all are procaffinators. I mean who doesn't like coffee or tea? Does caffeine haters even exist? Well, very few countable peeps might.

Coffee is something which I am unable to live without. You ask me if i can survive my boyfriend's break up, without any doubt i will say YES , unless and until I am provided with  "cups of coffee" every now and then.

Who said you can't buy happiness? I get happiness every morning and evening from my amma . Her coffee is actually a craving for me. Right now i am in my office, wondering why ain't time flying fast? I am waiting it to be 6.pm so that i can get back home and enjoy my coffee drug!! Yes, you heard it right, coffee drug. It's a drug, literally anything that you are addicted to is a drug. Drug can be in any form like Love, Money, Fame etc..... Mine happened to be coffee :) and I am not planning to get rid off this drug, because i can't do that. :/

Some of you guys might be a caffeine hater or you might be knowing a caffeine hater in your life, it can be your friends or spouse etc let it be anyone. They all might have n number of bad reasons to hate coffee ( i literally have no idea how can people hate coffee, i mean how ? how? how?) Okay so here's a list of few things you must keep in mind while encountering a caffeine hater.

1. Coffee helps to cut the pain- Two cups of coffee helps you to cut the physical pain you are suffering from, it can be head ache, muscles pain or any other form of pain, will flew away with just 2 cups of coffee! (must try next time when you get pain)
2. Helps to increase your fiber in take- A cup of brewed coffee represents a contribution of up to 1.8 grams of fiber of the recommended  of 20- 30 grams. Wow ! :)
3. Coffee drinkers have less risk of heart disease - Well this was found out buy Korean researchers, they found that study participants who consumed 3- 4 cups of coffee a day were less likely to show the beginning of heart disease.
4. Reduces suicide risk and depression- So this study was done by female nurses. A ten year study of 86000 female nurses shows a reduced risk of  suicide in coffee drinkers.
5. Black coffee prevents cavity- Okay so this is the only reason why i drink black coffee early in the morning without even brushing my teeth. Yes without even brushing my teeth, that's how everyone should be drinking coffee in the early morning. A strong black coffee can kill the bacteria which makes your tooth decay.  

Okay so these are the reasons why I drink coffee.... (ssshhh...honestly, I drink coffee for no reason) :P
